1. General provisions

Hereby, freely, of my own will and in my own interest, I give unconditional consent to the processing of my personal data by the Operator.

Personal data — any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

2. List of personal data

This Consent is given by me for the processing of the following personal data:

• Surname, first name
• Postal address
• Email address
• Phone number

3. Actions with personal data

Consent is given to the Operator to perform the following actions with my personal data using automation tools and/or without using such tools:

• Collection, systematization, accumulation, storage
• Clarification (update, change)
• Use for the purposes listed below

As well as performing any other actions provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation, both non-automated and automated.

4. Purposes of processing

This consent is given to the Operator for processing my personal data for the following purposes:

• Provision of software development services
• Collecting information for further provision of services
• Promotion of services on the market
• Feedback on requests submitted on the website

5. Validity period of consent

This consent is valid until its revocation by sending a corresponding request. Or the storage period is 10 years.

6. Withdrawal of consent

In case of withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data, the Operator has the right to continue processing personal data without my consent if there are grounds specified in:

• Paragraphs 2–11 of Part 1 of Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ
• Part 2 of Article 10 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ
• Part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ
